Starting out with Microsoft Dynamics 365

starting out with Dynamics 365The first steps of your Microsoft Dynamics 365 journey can be daunting. Here's one key piece of advice - to get it right from the outset:

Put your business before the technology, BUT play to the strengths of your technology.

CRM - Customer Relationship Management - means different things to different people.  There are hundreds, if not thousands, of different CRM "solutions" available - so, unless you have some idea of what you want, there's no way you can create the right solution for you and your organisation. Scoping your CRM requirements is a vital first step which is surprisingly often omitted in the starting out phase.

Questions you may want to ask include:

  • Why do we want a CRM solution?
  • What problems are we hoping to solve with CRM?
  • How will we know that our CRM implementation is successful?
  • Who will use the system? How many people? What departments or job roles?
  • Will all users want the same thing from the solution, or will different people use it differently?

If you are ready to commit to a Microsoft Dynamics 365 project,

Ask Opsisstart with a Scoping Workshop which will enable you to answer these questions and more, then you know what is important in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 project.
